Front of House (FOH) Support team members play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional guest experiences. They are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, assisting with service, and supporting the overall flow of FOH operations. This position requires a collaborative spirit, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
- Bussing Tables: Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Running Food & Drinks: Deliver food and beverages to guests with efficiency and professionalism.
- Guest Assistance: Help guests navigate the space, provide directions, and respond to inquiries with courtesy and enthusiasm.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Regularly clean and restock FOH areas, ensuring readiness for service at all times.
- Team Support: Assist FOH staff with additional tasks, such as stocking supplies, refilling water, or addressing guest needs.
- Communication: Collaborate with the FOH team to anticipate and address service needs.

Problem Solving: Use tact and good judgment to address guest challenges, escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Promote a safe and clean environment for coworkers and guests.
- Assist in training new hires by demonstrating workflow, answering questions, and sharing operational best practices.
- Represent the establishment professionally, maintaining positive relationships with guests, the local community, and industry peers.
- Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Regularly lift and carry items up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stand and walk for extended periods, typically 4 to 8 hours per shift.
- Perform physical activities such as bending, reaching, and moving intermittently.
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume establishment.
- Have sufficient skills, knowledge and personality to provide a memorable experience
for our patrons
